NotePad Pro is a text and HTML edition program with features that include multiple level undo/redo, URL and HTML-tag highlighting, Bookmarks, Wrap to column, Show/Hide non-printing characters, choice between real/fixed/smart tabs, a Line-count ruler, a spell checker, thesaurus, and more.
Other features of this program include the possibility to handle multiple files with a tabbed interface, format text, build templates, use system-wide searches, and perform global multiline replacements. You can also use a simple scripting language, an HTML clip library, a code-based HTML editor, text-to-HTML conversion, tag stripping, and tools for adding links and color codes.
This application is a great option for power users with special requirements. Basic users can use the freeware NoteTab Light. If you want to test this software, a limited trial is available for download (no thesaurus or spell checker available).
